Service Delivery Officer (Geelong)

The Service Delivery Officer will provide internal and external customer service, corporate, administrative and business support relevant to the site and region and lead a climate of service excellence across DEECA Regions Division. The role requires outstanding and demonstrated site leadership and the ability to navigate a changing organisational context in an agile and fast paced operating environment.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Desirable:

  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience in delivery of site administration and coordination of site services and fleet management
  • Experience in customer service.

This is a part time (0.9 FTE) ongoing position. The work location for this position is Geelong with hybrid work arrangements available.
