Senior Superintendent, Delatite Arm
Date: 12 Aug 2026
Location: Regional, VIC, AU
Company: DEECA
Do you enjoy working in the field, solving complex challenges and helping others deliver great outcomes?
As the Senior Superintendent, Delatite Arm, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale forest and fire management works across public land, including the Delatite Arm Reserve reforestation project. You'll work closely with contractors, Superintendents and field-based staff to ensure important on-ground programs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a practical, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be supporting planning and delivery of complex field works, and the next mentoring staff, monitoring contractor performance or helping solve challenges to keep projects on track.
You'll join the Forest and Fire Programs team, a supportive and experienced group responsible for delivering important forest and fire management programs across the region. The team works closely together, shares knowledge and is committed to achieving lasting outcomes for Victoria's public land and communities.
We're looking for someone who can build strong working relationships, communicate effectively, think practically and support others to succeed. Experience in forest or fire management, contract management and field-based operations will help you thrive in this role.
If this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
