Senior Project Manager Data-Driven Networks
Date: 2 Nov 2026
Location: Regional, VIC, AU
Company: DEECA
Reporting to the Program Manager Meat & Wool, the Senior Project Manager, Data-Driven Networks will lead implementation of the MLA Donor Company co-funded Accelerating Adoption through Data-Driven Producer Networks project.
Accelerating Adoption through Data-Driven Producer Networks is a significant multi-year investment designed to accelerate adoption of data-informed decision making across Victoria's sheep and beef industries. Building on Agriculture Victoria's established producer networks, the project integrates five connected delivery streams: producer networks and engagement; adviser and service-provider capability; agent-led cohorts; a tiered measurement-to-management pathway; and supply-chain-aligned groups. The position is accountable for translating the approved project design and contract into coordinated delivery across five interdependent workstreams. The role will establish project governance and controls, oversee budgets and resources, manage risk and performance, coordinate internal contributors and delivery partners, and ensure contractual obligations, milestones and reporting requirements are achieved.
The role requires leadership of complex stakeholder and partnership arrangements involving MLA Donor Company, livestock producers, advisers, service providers, researchers, supply-chain participants and industry organisations. The position will build strategic relationships, align diverse stakeholder interests, negotiate practical solutions to delivery challenges and foster collaboration across organisations to achieve project outcomes and maximise industry impact.
Working across the Meat and Wool program, Agriculture Victoria and a broad network of industry and service-delivery partners, the position provides clear end-to-end accountability for delivery of the MLA Donor Company project and realisation of its intended outcomes.
