The Public Land Administration Officer delivers statewide public land administration functions in the DEECA Regions Division, contributing to a high-performing culture of service excellence for internal and external customers. Working closely with regional Public Land Services (PLS) teams, the role will ensure timely delivery of a range of customer-facing public land services, including standard communications, systems and processes.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Desirable:
- Experience delivering customer facing services
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of public land management in a regional context
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong administrative skills including experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and spatial mapping and/or databases or similar.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
