Are you an experienced project and coordination professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to delivering practical, high-quality outcomes across a diverse site network?
Reporting to the Manager Safety and Strategic Site Coordination, the Senior Project Officer, Strategic Site Coordination plays a key role in supporting Agriculture Victoria’s accommodation, tenancy and fleet management functions across the state. The role provides expert advice, coordination and oversight across a broad range of strategic site activities, including tenancy management, accommodation reporting, committee support and fleet coordination.
You will contribute to efficient service delivery by maintaining tenancy arrangements, supporting relevant policies and programs, and leading the Site Leadership program. We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative professional with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills who can manage competing priorities, build productive relationships and work effectively in a complex operating environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Experience in tenancy and contract management would be desirable.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
