Are you passionate about shaping Victoria’s clean energy future? Offshore Wind Energy Victoria is looking for a Senior Policy Officer to play a key role in delivering port infrastructure that supports Victoria’s offshore wind energy program.
Working within the Port Facilitation Team in the Infrastructure and Supply Chain Branch, this role supports the development and delivery of the State’s port strategy for offshore wind. You’ll work closely with port operators, offshore wind proponents and government partners to understand infrastructure needs, provide high-quality strategic advice, and help de‑risk the pathway to first power—while maintaining strong probity standards.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- An appropriate tertiary qualification/s in manufacturing or finance, design or engineering is desirable.
- Expertise in energy, engineering, accounting and/or finance with a commercial focus is highly desirable.
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
