The Regulatory Project Officer, Public Land Compliance, coordinates key regulatory projects, reports and plans to support effective and consistent public land compliance. The role applies strong project delivery capability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and ensure integrated outcomes across teams. It uses influence and persuasive communication to obtain information, provide timely advice and support decision making on emerging compliance issues, demonstrating resilience and flexibility as priorities shift.
The position contributes to priority funded initiatives and other public land matters, applying continuous improvement to strengthen processes, reporting and the accuracy of compliance activities under the direction of the Director, Regulatory Operations.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory strategy or operations related disciplines is highly desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and or experience is advantageous.
This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2029. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
