Project Coordinator - Industrial Relations

Are you skilled in coordinating projects, maintaining project documentation and supporting effective governance and reporting? Do you enjoy working with stakeholders to monitor deliverables and manage risks and have an interest in supporting enterprise bargaining and organisational change initiatives? If so, DEECA is looking for someone like you to join our small team of industrial relations professionals, working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Experience supporting the coordination of projects, programs or organisational initiatives within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support the development and maintenance of project plans, action registers, risk logs and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint as well as project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Planner.
- Experience supporting enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, workforce planning, organisational change or government projects.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
