The Manager Public Land Compliance provides strategic leadership of public land compliance operations and investigations. The role sits within the Regulatory Operations Branch, leading a state‑wide team undertaking complex risk assessments, harm‑prevention activities, audits, inspections, investigations and intelligence functions with high integrity and accountability. Working closely with regional units, the position leads the regulation and monitoring of public land use in line with Regulatory Priorities.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Specialist skills in investigations and environmental regulation.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory process and practices.
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2029. The work location for this position is flexible within with hybrid work arrangements available.
