You will lead a team of specialists to translate workforce insights into practical, scalable capability solutions, while partnering with senior leaders to identify current and emerging capability needs and ensure the organisation remains relevant in a rapidly changing environment. Bringing deep expertise in capability design and delivery, you will balance strategic thinking with delivery discipline—continually evolving learning approaches to ensure they are impactful, evidencebased and aligned to organisational priorities. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise capability solutions, including capability frameworks and strategies, with a strong track record of building team capability and delivering measurable organisational impact.
  • Proven ability to apply contemporary and innovative learning approaches to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that are practical, scalable and aligned to organisational needs.
  • Strong strategic and futures thinking capability, with the ability to anticipate emerging workforce skills and capability requirements, and translate these into forward looking learning and capability strategies that keep the organisation relevant and continuously improving

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
