Incident and Problem Management Coordinator

Join DEECA's Workplace Technology team and help deliver reliable, customer-focused IT services across the organisation. In this role, you'll coordinate day-to-day IT incident and problem management activities, support the adoption of ITIL service management practices, contribute to reporting and process improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure incidents, requests and problems are managed effectively.  

The intended start date for this position is Thursday, 24 September 2026.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Formal qualifications in IT system administration or management e.g. Degree in Information Technology
  • Formal qualifications in ITIL
  • Proven experience within a similar role 
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment 

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
