The Experience and Process Design Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving transformation across the department by applying human-centred design (HCD), process redesign, and data-driven insights. Operating as part of an internal consulting function, the role partners with business units to co-design improved customer and employee experiences, streamline processes, and support the implementation of innovative, data-informed solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using design, data, and technology to solve complex service challenges.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Human-Centred Design, Service Design, or Lean Six Sigma (desirable).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or working alongside data professionals to derive insights.
This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2028. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
